All prices are based on a same day return and do not include admission prices (unless where stated).

Seating Request

The company will always try to allocate your seating requests, but cannot guarantee availability.

Luggage

Passengers luggage and personal property always remain the responsibility of the passenger and are carried at the passengers own risk. The company shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage, however caused. Passengers are respectfully asked to keep luggage to ONE MEDIUM SIZED suitcase per person and hand luggage only.

Children/Prices

All children must have their own seat. Sitting on another person's lap is not permitted. O-12 years of age, children prices apply. Children may require a child seat or booster cushion, depending on age/height. 13-59 years of age, adult prices apply. 60 years of age and over, O.A.P prices apply. Cancellation Charges

We advise customers to insure against cancellations, as tickets can be transferred to another day trip but are non-refundable. However, if the day trip/break is cancelled on our behalf, the customer’s money will be refunded or can be used towards another day trip/break of their choice.

Responsibility for errors

No responsibility will be accepted by the company for error in date or travel or pick up point after the ticket has been issued.

Wheelchairs

We must be notified at the time of booking if a wheelchair is required to be transported.

Departures

The company will endeavour to maintain its services as published but there shall be no liability on the company for any delay, however caused. Passengers are advised to arrive at departure points at least 10 minutes prior to departure time. We do not accept responsibility for late arrivals.

Vehicles

All our coaches are well maintain with air-conditioning and are fitted with seat belts. We will always endeavour to provide a vehicle on our day trips with a toilet. However this is subject to availability and numbers. Due to demand, at peak times or because of other circumstances beyond our control, you are advised that carriage may be in vehicles other than those operated by our company.
